                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Payments are payable to CUDAHY MUNICIPAL COURT.

Payments may be made:

IN PERSON at the Cudahy Police Department (5050 S. Lake Dr.) during normal lobby business hours.  Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Cash, check, money order, credit card or debit card are accepted.  

BY MAIL to the Cudahy Municipal Court, P.O. Box 100510, Cudahy, WI 53110.

DROP BOX located between the entrance doors  of the Cudahy Police Department  (5050 S. Lake Dr.)  Place payment (cash is not recommended) in an envelope addressed to the court.

Payments for a citation that is suspending your driver's license:

Upon court notification that the citation is paid, the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will be notified electronically.  DMV updates their records in approximately two business days.

Payments for a citation with a writ of commitment to the house of correction:

Payments to release a commitment must be made by cash, credit card or debit card.

Miscellaneous payment information:

Partial payments are only accepted if pre-approved by the court.  Payment plan or extension of time to pay requests may be made in person when court is in session or by phone or in person to the clerk of court.

Time to pay:

If you are unable to pay a judgment you must notify the Court.  An extension of time to pay may be granted or you may be placed on an installment plan.  After a guilty finding, a request for an extension of time to pay may be submitted to the court verbally (414-769-2218) or in writing by completing the extension request form.  Payment Extension Request

Failure to pay forfeiture:

There may be serious consequences if you fail to follow the Court's orders or pay the forfeiture.  The Court may commit a person to jail, suspend your driver's license, and may impose other penalties.  The Court may send you notice requiring your appearance at a Good Cause Hearing.  Inform the Court in writing if you change your address or if the address on your ticket is not your mailing address.
