Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC)
Did you know that PNCC stands for PreNatal Care Coordination? This is a FREE educational program offered to pregnant women who are covered by BadgerCare+ (state insurance). Our public health nurse comes to you, no need to travel to us! Call us at (414) 769-2239 for more information.

- Sharing access to a smoking cessation program
Pregnancy is a time for change for every woman. This program is designed to fit your indivdualized needs and concerns throughout your pregnancy. Our public health nurse can help you to plan for a healthy pregnancy and birth, get ready for the new baby, and adjust to the new life as a mother.
When can I join the PNCC Program?
You can start at ANY time during your pregnancy. If you are a pregnant woman living in Cudahy and are eligible for, or already are covered by, BadgerCare+ (state insurance) then you may qualify!
